 Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, courier, and order value.

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping under the following conditions:

  • Italy: Free shipping on orders of €75,00 or more
  • European Union, UK, and USA: Free shipping on orders of €150,00 or more

Free shipping is valid only when the shipping cost does not exceed €70,00. If your shipment exceeds this threshold, a discounted shipping rate may still apply.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; details will be noted on the product page.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international orders, your country may charge customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure of potential charges.


Shipping Insurance & Liability

We carefully package every order for safe delivery. However:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.
  • Shipping insurance is available upon request for high-value items. Contact us before placing your order if you’d like to add insurance.

 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
  • Certain countries may be excluded due to legal or logistical restrictions.
