1. Introduction

This No Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Yenny Jewels, a sole proprietorship registered in Italy. By placing an order on yennyjewels.com, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except as required under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. No Returns & No Refunds (With Legal Exceptions for Italy & EU)

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, except as required by law.

For Customers in Italy and the European Union (EU)

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, Articles 52-59) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in Italy and the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible items.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal and refund does NOT apply to:

  • Customised or personalised jewellery (including engraved items)
  • Earrings and other items sealed for hygiene reasons (if opened)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

  1. Notify us in writing at info@yennyjewels.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return the item in its original, unused, and undamaged condition within 14 days of your notification.
  3. Cover the return shipping costs—we do not reimburse return shipping fees.

Once we receive the item and confirm it is in original condition, we will process a full refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refund Policy for Defective or Incorrect Items (Legal Guarantee Applies in Italy & EU)

We do not offer refunds except in cases where required by law, such as for defective or incorrect items.

For All Customers (Including International Orders)

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@yennyjewels.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defective or damaged product
  • Photos of the original packaging

Upon approval, we will, at our sole discretion:
Offer a free repair or replacement of the same item (subject to availability), OR
Issue store credit of equal value, if a replacement is not available.

For Customers in Italy and the EU

Under Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code, all products are covered by a legal guarantee of 2 years against defects. If your item is defective, you are entitled to:

  • A free repair or replacement (preferred remedy)
  • A refund or price reduction if repair/replacement is not possible

Refunds for defective products will be issued within 14 days after we confirm the defect and approve the claim.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

For clarity, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
Customised or personalised jewellery (e.g., engraved pieces)
Earrings and other hygiene-related products (if the seal is broken)
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as we begin processing immediately.

6. International Orders & Customs

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. We do not offer refunds for orders delayed or returned due to unpaid customs fees.
  • Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address entry, customs holds, or carrier-related issues.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration before the Verona Chamber of Arbitration in accordance with its rules.
  • Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of Italy and, for EU consumers, by Italian and EU consumer protection laws.
